At GamingKit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in new, unused condition
All original packaging, accessories, and labels must be included
Products that are used, damaged, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different product, size, or variation, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and confirmed to meet our return standards.
Return Method & Fees
Return Method: All returns and exchanges are handled by post.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Restocking Fees: None – we never charge restocking fees.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already been processed or dispatched.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered (unless faulty)
Products returned after the 14-day window
Items without original packaging or documentation
